Pop/Rock artist, Curt Collins, is poised to release the third CD of his career, Another Day. The project was produced by Curb recording artist, Jamie Slocum, and will be distributed by Infinity Music Distribution.

Collins, who is known for his powerful, thoughtful lyrics, co-wrote two of the songs on Another Day, "Never Givin’ Up On Me," and "Hiding Place." Collins enjoys the songwriting process and his passion in life is touching people through his music ministry. "One reason that my music connects with people is that everybody’s seems to be going through the same things in life that I’m going through," says Collins. "If somebody’s driving down the road, and they hear my song on Christian radio and it touches them, then my job is done and God will do the rest in his own time."

Another Day also features covers tunes such as Stevie Wonder’s "Higher Ground" and Richard Page’s "Shelter Me." The CD also spotlights two new arrangements of the classic hymns, "Blessed Assurance" and "Jesus Paid It All." The title track from Another Day has already reached the Top 10 on the Christian Radio Weekly Inspo chart and is #16 on Radio & Record’s Inspo chart.

Collins is also pursuing another new endeavor that is close to his heart. Adopted at six months old, Collins is in the beginnings stages of developing a charity for adopted special needs children. The Love Unconditional Foundation, which is named after a song on his self-titled debut CD, is being established to help families that have adopted special needs children into the family.

"I feel like God is going to put the right people in the right place as we develop The Love Unconditional Foundation," says Collins. "I don’t know what God’s going to do with it, but He does grant the desires of our heart, I think."

Collins began his music career with a degree in music education that led him to become a public school band director for four years before detouring on a financial career. But the love of music and the pull of his music ministry led to a full-time commitment for this inspiring singer/songwriter. Collins sophomore self-titled CD led to a chart success single, "He Will Pull You," that became one of the Top 100 songs chosen by CRW for 2007. The project also received rave reviews from such high-profile media as Living With Teenagers, Plugged In magazine, Christian Retailing, Worship Leader magazine, etc. Collin’s first project, Don’t Look Back Now was a Christian/Country effort with the single, "Backyard Hero," reaching #8 on the Power Source chart.

Collins is married with two teenage sons and resides in Nashville, Tennessee. He remains active on the touring circuit with solo dates and also touring with such high-profile artists as Diamond Rio.
